Airport Security Rules Related to Liquids

Just come back through Limoges. I suggest that you point out that people shouldn't carry soft cheese in their hand luggage because security will remove it. It can go in the hold. There is nothing posted or mentioned there but by the time you reach security it will be too late to do anything about it. Lost mine. Just needs education. No reason given.
